Five healthy lifestyle tips that will support your immune system:

1.  Eat balanced diet and increase the intake of raw vegetables, fruits, water and Vitamin C

2. Avoid white sugar

3. Get seven to nine hours of at sleep

4. Exercise at least four days a week

5. Minimize stress. If you feel “run down” take a day off for rest and relaxation
